昨天和朋友談到生命的驅動力是信任還是恐懼

在現場聽了Jonette channel的Mark之後

我才發現自己真正打從心底相信了

來自宇宙的愛

無條件的愛

Darkness in a different light

I went to Jonette's class this week, she channeled Mark who is an entity from higher dimension.  Mark guided us to an altered state of consciousness where you can experience being the light and the darkness.  

 

I could never describe darkness before, but this time it felt closer to me.  In an undistorted form, darkness was really nothingness and potential, it silenced the mind and brought us back to the state where the quantum waves hasn't collapsed.

 

I used to be afraid of darkness because I didn't understand it, I equated darkness to negativity.  Now I just feel that darkness is there to provide a space for light to show, and it is the purest thing in the universe because it is the nothingness itself.

 

When Mark asked us to go into a shaman space of clarity, I saw a crystal clear lake reflecting the stars in nighttime.  

I was sitting by the lake and my body is formed by the water of the lake, I have a crystal body and a white swan was floating in the center of the lake.

The lake was one of creation and healing, it felt like from nothingness came the lake of clarity, and consciousness emerged from it and materialized in various forms.  
 

To me, the stars in the night sky were portals into time and space, they existed simultaneously in the spacious now.  Mark then asked us to form synapses into these simutaneous times and dimensions and saw that new potentials were being created.  I saw all of you rotate around me, we were all connected, all times and spaces were connected, all was one, and one was all.

 

 

Reason, Season, or Lifetime

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

When you figure out which one it is,

you will know what to do for each person.

When someone is in your life for a REASON,

it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.

They have come to assist you through a difficulty;

to provide you with guidance and support;

to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.

They may seem like a godsend, and they are.

They are there for the reason you need them to be.

Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,

this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. 

Sometimes they die.

Sometimes they walk away. 

Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. 

What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. 

The prayer you sent up has been answered;

 now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON,  

because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.

They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.

They may teach you something you have never done.

They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.

Believe it. It is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons;

things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.  

Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person,  and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

結果

Solomon一再強調不要在乎結果

因為我們的頭腦所認定的結果總是限制性的

看見自己對療癒的期待總是病好起來了

可是這是多麼大的不自由 對別人 對自己

也是多麼大的無力感的緣由

期待

我發現我的無力感來自於期待某一種療癒的結果，比如說疾病消失了，當結果和期待不一樣，就覺得無力。一個期待其實投射了一種結果，一條不自由的線。

陪伴應該是更自由的。。療癒的過程應該也是沒有目的的吧？

目的總是頭腦的範疇與局限吧？

發現自己很好笑，相信一個道理，就去投射一個結果，結果反而違背了教導本身。

看見的其實是自己的執。

現在比較瞭解過程多一些了。。

讀Solomon Speaks感覺像是靜靜的聽一位老師上課，感覺好像坐在教室裡很久很久了，久遠到時間之外。

Solomon的每一句話，都像一股暖流，緩緩流過心田。

This penchant for human beings to discover how unalike they are, how distinct they are -- it all has to do with ego. That self that keeps us rooted in this  plane.  We have now managed to "create" how different we all are.  And in that difference comes disharmony.

Where we need to put the energy now is in how similar we are, how much we all have that is similar that can be shared.  How alike we all are, in terms of joy and pain and suffering and elation.  And we need to share that information now.

...

So that's what we need to recognize.  And part of attaching strings, when they first came to Eric, was recognizing that we are all, in an umbilical sense, connected to the same force.  Like reconnecting Strings.  Because we've lost that connection, the understanding that each individual's greatness is relied upon by the other person's greatness, by recognizing their greatness, not their inability.

It's an awakening, a remembrance, because people are very disconnected from their creation.

筆記 (7) - 認出

You complicate your life by cerebrally interfering with something that has only to do with instinct.  You second-guess your mission, when the mission should be driving your existence.  You must listen to your instinct in order to follow your life to its conclusion and fulfill its mission here on this plane.

There is great energy to be found throughout your life.  You must open your eyes to it and recognize its value when it appears.  Too often you have closed your eyes to something of great worth right under your nose.

You will find that as you proceed, you will become more accustomed to recognizing That Which Is in its manifestation on this plane.  You will more readily connect with those fellow voyagers on this plane, and together you will experience the kind of bliss that was inherent in your life from the beginning.

These connections will grow stronger as you allow yourself to come in contact with those who are harmonious to your existence.  The music that you will hear will be of a harmonic nature and will carry you along in the relationship.  If you find that these relationships are disharmonious or are not of the same music, as it were, these are not relationships that are there to help you continue, and you should recognize that.  They are there to help you grow but not to continue.  There is a difference.

筆記 (6) - 比較是沒有意義的

You have the tendency on this plane to judge your progress by comparing it to someone else's progress.  It's needless.  What is of importance is that you pursue your mission.  Your life force, your instinct, will take you there.  But it's nothing more than distraction to look to the left and to the right.

If you are able to release this need to feel powerful, you will access a purer form of energy.  You will accomplish more with less effort.  A person's own energy will get in the way.  If you have even a glimpse of this comprehension, it will lead you.  You only need to see a bit of light to pursue it.  A candle burns brightly in the dark, you know.

筆記 (4) - 自我價值

Self-worth is not dictated by the amount of possessions you obtain, or what you can hold on to.  Self-worth is about an inner being being fulfilled, and allowing that joy to surface through its life.

In terms of your own self-worth, you must know that you are worthy from within.  The need for your fulfillment is often of a nature that requires attention from others.  Your fulfillment is in yourself; you need to rely on yourself.  In essence, you need to love yourself.  It will clearly enable you to convey the love that is coming through you in much greater degree in the near future.  It will also keep your eyes on the road.  It will allow you to continue where you need to go.

You need to understand that this comes from within your life, your history... from the universe.

筆記 (3) - 信息場，語言之外的溝通

They don't use language for communication.  They use thought in many cases.  It's impossible to translate in many ways but it's communicated the same way a smell is communicated, or a vibration.  Vibration is language.  Fragrance is language.  It's in a different type of plane.  It communicates.  It creates imagery.  When you smell certain smells, vivid images come forth.  It is not talking to you in sentences.  When you see kinesthetic movement and dance and suddenly you are weeping, there is no language being communicated, but it is a language.  Movement through space becomes language.  It communicates.

筆記 (2) -在宇宙空性裡的喜悅

There is a sublime ecstasy in nothingness. You need to experience that with all your clients.  The rhythm of the universe between you is harmony in life itself.  You will need to allow that rhythm to conduct itself before you begin your work.  The energy will follow naturally.

Your work is such that it educates you as well as your clients and patients.  It informs both.  You should be growing as much as they are in the process.  Don't deny the growth you will experience.  It is your process. It is not about doing necessarily solely for them, as much as it is doing for you.  Your consciousness will expand in direct proportion to your ability to open your life to your client.

You may have a habit of projecting energy rather than letting it flow.  You force it.  It's like someone singing a high note.  It's clenched and shrill, but when relaxed into, it's full and melodious.  You're forcing the moment.  You're forcing the energy.  It will flow naturally when relaxed into.

It's like any great artist.  They must clear the channel to create.  It comes from a higher power, all great art.  You can't get in its way.  You must allow it to flow, not force it.  It is an acquired skill.  It's about allowing it to happen, relaxing into it instead of forcing.  You are going to acquire what you need.  You just need to let go of acquiring.

You mustn't disavow your life in its path of learning.  There are only lessons.  There are no mistakes.  And you will continue to have lessons.  It's unending, but it will lead you to the space you need to be in.

筆記 (1) 來自宇宙的能量

Your energy is of the universe.  Feel it in your life -- in your life.  In the force that motivates you.  Feel it through your heart.  It is your own by its force.

It is an apparition of the force that is implied in life itself.  You feel it in your moments of ecstasy and energy.  It is always constant.  You are inconstant.  Your ability to access it is inconstant.  You need to unleash your heart from your head.  It is not a cerebral exercise.  You won't find it that way.  It's in your instinct.  You must carry it in your instinct.  You cannot buy it anywhere.

You have to decide why you love this work.  Where is it coming from?  Where is this love for this work?  You need to examine that with your heart.  It is not about fulfilling your needs.  It is about opening your life to experience.  It's not there for gratification.  It's there for exploration.

There is nothing wrong with gratification, if it is the by-product of the work.  If it is the initial goal, it is misguided.
